A bare Creosote Bush adds contrast and texture to the sand as it emerge from Mesquite sand dune, Death Valley National Park. I was on my way back from a morning photo shoot and I don't typically take midday pictures. However this scene caught my eye and I could not resist the lines, shape, texture and shadow contrast.
